Health + Wellness Tips from the Team

Donna Adriaansen

Every day before my 9 am shift I do my workout including weights and yoga. Yoga helps with the fact that I am sitting for hours at a time and helps with the mind to deal with the stuff we deal with daily. Daily mantra: May I be healthy, May I be happy, May I be safe, May I be at peace!!

Jessica Silverstein

When I am waiting a few minutes to call someone back, I do some deep breathing and/or stretching. I also have been known to blast some music and have a dance party. Try it and notice how you feel when you get back to work!

Rebecca Patti

I completely walk away from my computer during lunch time. Sometimes I go shopping online, but if I do that, I feel like I never truly catch a break from work. I like to order food online and drive to pick it up. That way I get out of the house for a half hour and I get a delicious lunch - win win!

Healthy Food

Join me on my journey for heart healthy recipes and exercises to treat my high cholesterol.

I was recently diagnosed with high "bad" cholesterol so I'm on a new health journey to improve my numbers. Follow along as I share my progress with new recipes, exercises, and healthy habits to get my numbers in check!
